When Abram was ninety-nine years old the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, I am God Almighty; walk before me, and be blameless, that I may make my covenant between me and you, and may multiply you greatly. (Genesis 17:1-2 ESV)

It is of no doubt that a lot of people have heard and have come to know that there’s a good God somewhere, even though they haven’t seen Him or heard His voice, at least there’s that knowledge about His existence.
Looking back, a few landmarks in our lives have drawn us to understand several dynamics of how God works and relates with His chosen ones. Sometimes, even when we don’t seem to feel like He is doing something in our lives there’s a mark that is left only for you to realise after some time. In most cases there are different kinds of reactions to it, swift people get to grasp the situation and brace up for God’s message while others will be waiting for people to tell them what’s going on and many will not know completely what will happen.

There are three common things that happen:

a) People Celebrate.
Celebration happens when your Spirit man is in alignment with God because you will know the end before it arrives. Take for example Jesus Christ used to reveal things that would come to pass. He talked about His death and resurrection and spoke about the persecution of the Church (John 15:19-20).

Paul paints for us that picture clearly in 2 Corinthians 12:9–10 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong. We will rejoice in all hardship because we know that we have overcome.

b) People will Complain.
Complaints will come especially if we only want to get to God because of His kindness and generosity, so you expect Him to be doing something for you all the time.
In other words our expectations shoot high and we fail to recognise that through the pain or the hardship, God wants us to teach us ENDURANCE , PERSEVERANCE , HOPE and FAITH as they are all tested in times of hardships.

c) People will be confused
A number of people will also be toast around here and there with a lot of manipulative minds exploiting them in different ways because they are the kind that will move by the waves of the sea and have no strong attachment to the soil.
